Upon the arrival of the Respondent Mr. Hallifax he

interviewed the Appellant in accordance with section 4

sub-section (8) of the ordinance and questioned him in

accordance with the provisions of that aub-section and with

Form No. 2 of the Schedule. The questions and the

Appellants answers will be found set out at pages 134 and

155 of the Record. The allegations mentioned in question

3 will be found at page 132 of the Record. The allegations

against the Appellant were that he had made a practice of

champerty, the institution of fraudulent claims, the

preparation of false evidence, improper exploitation of

litigante, dishonest conduct of litigation and the proceed-

ings incidental thereto and three mecific instmoes of
